We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager Librarian to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our assets, from shipping and receiving to inventory control and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing strategic advice and handling their assets efficiently.
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving of assets, including freight shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely communication of shipping and receiving details to Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs).
  • Coordinate the check-in and check-out process of assets in the library, maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper handling and storage of assets.
  • Conduct daily audits of assets to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
  • Create and apply labels to assets, ensuring that all assets are properly labeled and tracked in the inventory system.
  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of assets to and from offsite locations, ensuring that all transported assets are accounted for and properly documented.
Required Skills:
  • Previous experience in logistics, asset management, or a related field, particularly with high-security or military assets.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, DRIs, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and transport heavy items as needed for asset management and logistics tasks.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 100% On-Site, Monday - Friday
