Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Vehicle Coordinator to join our team at Price Family Dealerships. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rental vehicle program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Rental and Management: Coordinate the rental and return of vehicles, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to rental customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including mileage, condition, and availability.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on rental activity, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure seamless communication and coordination of rental vehicle operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a temperature-controlled office position, requiring minimal physical exertion and exposure to the elements.
