Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Vehicle Coordinator to join our team at Price Family Dealerships. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rental vehicle program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Rental and Management: Coordinate the rental and return of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient processing of rental agreements and related documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to rental customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including mileage, condition, and availability.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of rental vehicle operations.
Requirements
