Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative - Insurance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Main Objectives:
- To increase revenue by selling insurance policies to new and existing clients
- To analyze and understand client needs to develop suitable insurance plans
- To build strong relationships with clients and partners
- To maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Base salary: $70,000 per annum
- Commission structure: 10% - 20% of sales
