UniFirst is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead our production team and drive top-level performance. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for supervising the production process, supporting training, and ensuring overall morale and safety at our location.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support production process flow.
- Support the training of plant personnel.
- Support overall morale and safety at the location.
- Reports operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems as they arise.
- Support production data entry and report review.
- Support management of inventory.
- Works with Production Management to address team partner concerns.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required.
- Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- 2-4 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Basic math skills.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
