Job Summary
The Operations Assistant - Technical Services is a key role within Dexian - DISYS, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical and facilities areas. This position plays a critical part in maintaining a well-functioning environment, supporting the Operations Manager in daily tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of facilities for events, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- Perform minor facility repairs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate larger repairs as needed.
- Manage station supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to listener inquiries and forwarding calls to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate catering arrangements, schedule maintenance for station vehicles, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and inventory upkeep of station equipment.
- Support reception desk tasks, including sorting and responding to emails, and providing guest building access.
