Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Confluence Health in Omak, WA. As a primary care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Washington State.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and other medical software.
