Alterations Customer Service Representative

At David's Bridal, we're seeking a skilled Alterations Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a critical role in the Alterations department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and service customers with genuine enthusiasm, adapting your style to suit their needs.
- Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience.
- Meet service vows, including preparing, welcoming, meeting needs, and being there for customers.
- Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at once, addressing concerns with confidence.
- Promote alterations services and personalization options.
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness.
- Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise, following quality control guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
- Prior sewing experience is helpful.
- Prior experience with computerized POS systems.
