The base salary of $85,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus, offers numerous opportunities for growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create custom storage solutions that meet diverse client needs, from small-scale projects to large complex designs.
  • Analyze storage requirements, including load capacities, environmental factors, and optimize space efficiently using product components or custom designs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure feasibility, customer satisfaction, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Use AutoCAD or Inventor to create detailed, high-precision designs.
  • Generate calculations and provide accurate quotations based on designs.
  • Participate in design review meetings, offering insights for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in design and drafting, ideally within custom solutions or storage systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Inventor, with strong spatial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working cross-functionally with sales and production teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and a collaborative approach in design reviews.
