- Realiza seguimientos con los clientes después de la venta para resolver cualquier consulta y confirmar las preferencias de contacto.
- Recopila comentarios de los clientes al finalizar el proyecto y transmite la información relevante a otros departamentos según sea necesario.
- Solicita negocios por referencia de clientes anteriores a través de diversos métodos como llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos.
- Gestiona las cancelaciones de trabajos, incluyendo actualizaciones del sistema, notificaciones a los clientes y reembolsos si es necesario.
- Proporciona cartas de reembolso e impuestos a los clientes a solicitud.
- Ajusta los montos de los contratos según las directrices de la gerencia y contabilidad.
- Participa en reuniones semanales para proporcionar actualizaciones sobre asuntos relacionados con los clientes y tareas pendientes.
- Crea una lista de elementos pendientes y proporciona retroalimentación a la gerencia de ventas y producción.
Requisitos del Trabajo
Buscamos candidatos con experiencia en ventas y sólidas habilidades organizativas. Deben ser competentes en funciones informáticas básicas y tener una actitud positiva para apoyar eficazmente al equipo de ventas.
El candidato ideal tendrá:
2+ años de experiencia en servicio al cliente
Dominio en procesamiento de textos, hojas de cálculo y uso general de computadoras.
Familiaridad con SalesForce.
Excelente etiqueta telefónica y habilidades de comunicación.
Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
Esta posición a tiempo completo ofrece horarios establecidos de lunes a viernes, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
