Office Operations Specialist

  • This role is structured for weekdays, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

  • The ideal candidate will be meticulous, approachable, and possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, which includes welcoming and assisting visitors, handling mail distribution, and more.
  • Provide phone support, ensuring professional management of incoming calls.
  • Coordinate school tours and supply necessary information about the institution.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments, including Human Resources, finance, and the main office.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks, offering direct support to the Principal, managing budget requests, and addressing attendance or payroll inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with nonprofit experience being advantageous but not essential.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
