About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team at Medtronic. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical, educational, and operational support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including training and troubleshooting of our medical devices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives and district managers, to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings, and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical and business skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, plus a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a minimum of 10% travel required.
