Administrative Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative activities of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing records, creating financial documents, performing payables, and providing administrative support to the management team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information systems
  • Create and process bills and purchase orders using QuickBooks
  • Perform payables and reconcile accounts
  • Review and negotiate vendor service agreements
  • Plan and maintain work facilities and equipment
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports
  • Encourage and improve cross-departmental communication and collaboration
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administrative services or a related field
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Spanish or Haitian Kreyol language proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience with QuickBooks is required
Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
