About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate Attorney with a specialized focus on Product Liability Litigation. This is a permanent position designed for an experienced attorney who is passionate about representing clients in the complex arena of product liability.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of product liability litigation, from the initial assessment of cases to the preparation of comprehensive strategies for representation.
  • Manage a substantial caseload of product liability claims, ensuring each case is handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into product defects, collaborating with experts when necessary.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and advocating for their best interests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product liability laws and regulations, staying informed about recent court rulings and legal developments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, fostering a team-oriented environment that encourages the sharing of knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the state bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product liability litigation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and develop effective case strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a knack for securing favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, understandable terms.
