As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic, diagnostic, and emergency respiratory care procedures to patients with respiratory insufficiencies or abnormalities./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliPerform therapeutic, diagnostic, and emergency respiratory care procedures/liliProvide assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies or abnormalities/liliExercise sound judgment and developed clinical skills to provide input to and implement the patient's plan of care based on the diagnosis and physician orders/liliGain confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and care, and effective communication/liliAdhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care/li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliGraduate of a two-year respiratory care program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)/liliRCP-Respiratory Care Practitioner certification/liliNRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider certification if required at the entity/liliRRT-Registered Respiratory Therapist certification within 90 days/liliOR CRT-Certified Respiratory Therapist certification within 90 days/liliBLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification/li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/pulli2 years of recent relevant experience/liliKnowledge of respiratory therapy principles, procedures, views, and equipment/liliAbility to interpret a variety of data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form/li/ulpstrongWorking Conditions:/strong/ppThis position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies, procedures, and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines./ppstrongBenefits:/strong/ppSutter Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off./ppstrongHow to Apply:/strong/ppPlease submit your application through Vivian Health to be considered for this exciting opportunity./p
