About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality control process at Addman Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the resolution of quality-related issues prior to product release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

$95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical background.
  • Minimum three years manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of advanced measuring and inspection techniques.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Experience with statistical process control.
