We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. This role offers a competitive salary up to $50,000 per year, plus bonus plans.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of restaurant management experience focused on front-of-house operations. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also required for effective interactions with guests and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of front-of-house operations, including customer service, reservations, and seating management.
  • Dining Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the overall dining experience and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Train, manage, and inspire staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock levels and cost efficiency for front-of-house supplies.
  • Quality Standards: Monitor and uphold the restaurant's appearance and cleanliness to meet health and safety regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use performance metrics and customer feedback to make informed decisions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience focused on front-of-house operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective interactions with guests and staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations to ensure compliance within the restaurant.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
