Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Tom Naquin Auto Family.

About the Role:

  • Receiving and processing all parts orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing and controlling parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Creating bin locations for new stock and maintaining a neat and organized warehouse environment.
  • Notifying customers of parts arrival and any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Processing accessories and shelving them in a secure and accessible manner.
  • Preparing items for returns and shipping, and separating orders for each dealership.
  • Delivering parts to a second location and performing light forklift duties as needed.
  • Processing warranty scrap and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior auto parts sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
