Vivint Gives Back is our charitable nonprofit initiative, focused on making a positive impact in communities both locally and globally. We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Program Operations Manager to lead our operational efforts and ensure the effectiveness of our programs aimed at supporting those in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain comprehensive reporting systems that facilitate the execution of Vivint Gives Back programs.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing revenue, volunteer efforts, and reporting processes.
- Prepare and manage annual reports for our donors.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all donation, volunteer, and program data.
- Gain proficiency in the systems and software utilized for donation and volunteer management.
- Maintain precise records of all foundation expenditures.
- Oversee the financial operations of the foundation in partnership with leadership.
- Assist the Managing Director in generating relevant reports for the board and stakeholders.
- Support the development of internal processes and programs that enhance operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively across departments to create reporting for key volunteer and fundraising initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of various charitable events and programs.
- Generate financial statements, including cash flow statements and weekly financial updates.
- Lead the audit process.
- Design advanced automation and workflows using Airtable.
- Create dashboards and live reporting using Tableau or similar tools.
- Develop and analyze feedback surveys.
Required Skills
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Airtable is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in data management, basic accounting, or nonprofit operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of data management and reporting.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Vivint Gives Back.
Working Environment
This role is situated in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.
