Sales Performance Executive

Hilton Grand Vacations, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join its team. As a Sales Performance Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and excellence within our organization.
About the RoleAs a Sales Manager with Hilton Grand Vacations, you will be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Drive Sales Growth
Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
Sales LeadershipAssist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
Maintain Professional ImageMust maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Consistent Track Record of Results
A consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales is essential for this position.
Flexible ScheduleYou must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Real Estate LicenseAble to acquire a Real Estate License within the first 45 days of employment.
High School Diploma or EquivalentA high school diploma or equivalent is required.
