Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to provide leadership and functional HR management support to our 22 branch locations and 707 employees across the Midwest. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically leading and executing key HR initiatives that support our vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support our vision
  • Guide leaders and frontline employees regarding company policies, values, HR program administration (benefits, pay, and salary) and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are executed consistently across the site
  • Diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans
  • Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with leadership teams on performance management to develop pipeline and succession plans
  • Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs
  • Develop and execute site/region-level strategies to improve organizational health and culture
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive Human Resources role
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations in a supply chain logistics, security sector, manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hourly workforce environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or related field
  • Workday experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
