Patient Services Representative

Join i-Health Inc as a Patient Services Representative and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for patient registration, check-in, and clinical support duties in Physical Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register patients, collecting necessary information and payments
  • Verify and document insurance information
  • Schedule new and existing patients accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
  • Manage patient charts and maintain a working knowledge of healthcare plan requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service experience
  • Administrative or medical office experience preferred
