About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President to lead our Capital Planning and Risk Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing independent review and challenge across the capital management and planning continuum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capital Planning and Risk Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of forecasting methodologies across businesses, products, and risks to drive analytical insights and inform decision-making.
  • Review and Challenge: Perform effective review and challenge activities for P&L and balance sheet through ongoing interaction with the first line via walkthroughs and dedicated governance meetings.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Develop presentation materials and review and challenge templates, and memorialize R&C meetings key takeaways.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present analytical insights to senior stakeholders across the Finance CRO and firms first line of defense.
  • Project Management: Manage strategic projects by conducting independent research and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry with Tier-1 player or regulatory entity or top-tier consulting.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; additional experience with Tableau, SQL, SP&P CapIQ/SNL or Bloomberg preferred.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., Math, Economics, Data Analytics/Sciences) and advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance, MS in Business Analytics) preferred.
