Fitness Coach

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Engaging with Members: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.
- Program Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our fitness programs to prospective members, highlighting the unique aspects of Orangetheory Fitness.
- Studio Operations: Assist with front desk duties, including answering phones, responding to member inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
- Member Support: Provide guidance and support to members, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and overcome any challenges they may face.
- Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events and activities, helping to promote our studio and attract new members.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be flexible in your approach to meet the changing needs of our studio.
