Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at 10 Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal training services to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improving their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients, taking into account their goals, fitness level, and health status.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create customized training plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions to clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on nutrition and lifestyle habits to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Personal training certification from a reputable organization.
- Experience in the fitness industry, preferably in a personal training or group fitness setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
