  • Assister les clients dans leurs achats et les aider à localiser les produits souhaités.
  • Fournir une expérience de caisse rapide et courtoise tout en respectant les normes de manipulation de l'argent.
  • Informer les clients sur les avantages du programme de fidélité et les aider à s'inscrire.
  • Éduquer les clients sur le sondage Voix du client (VDC).
  • Participer aux processus d'achats omnicanaux, y compris les commandes en ligne à retirer en magasin.
  • Aider au déchargement des camions et à la mise en place des produits selon les planogrammes.
  • Maintenir l'ordre et la propreté des marchandises, y compris le traitement des retours et le réapprovisionnement des étagères.

Compétences et qualifications:

Exigences physiques:

  • Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
  • Capacité à se déplacer dans le magasin et à effectuer des mouvements répétitifs.
  • Soulever des charges lourdes et accéder à des étagères élevées.

Environnement de travail: Magasin de détail avec des zones climatisées et des tâches pouvant inclure des activités à l'extérieur.
