Support Professional for Adults with Brain Injuries

Job Summary:
Sevita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team in providing rehabilitation services for individuals with brain injuries. As a member of our team, you will work closely with adults with brain injury diagnoses, providing supports within a homelike community setting to help them strive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with adults with brain injury diagnoses to provide individualized support and care.
- Collaborate with families, Program Managers, Nursing Team, and Behavioral team members to ensure treatment plans meet participants' needs.
- Deliver therapeutic supervision to participants and families during treatment and education activities.
- Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members.
- Assist in participant behavior management using non-aggressive, de-escalation techniques provided as part of our hands-on training.
Requirements:
- Behavioral caregiver experience (preferred) but not required.
- High school diploma.
- Valid/clean driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- A good attitude with the ability to work both within a team and independently.
- A caring and compassionate mind.
