Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients, employees, and visitors with inquiries and directions.
  • Respond to medical emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, and AED as certified.
  • Conduct checks on exterior doors to ensure security and functionality.
  • Inspect the premises for any maintenance issues or hazards.
  • Perform mobile patrols across various client locations.
  • Regularly inspect all necessary equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with client staff during special events.
  • Participate in daily briefings to stay informed.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Trident.

Working Conditions:

This role may require driving between sites and involves physical activity in various environments. Candidates should be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, as well as sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary is expected.

Position Classification:

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role reporting directly to the Security Lead.

Compensation:

$25/hour (increases to $26/hour after a successful performance review).
