Requirements

  • Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and service software.
  • 2 years in a managerial role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), including self-awareness, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
