  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and external service providers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
  • Industry Trends and Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to software engineering and RWE, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on developing solutions in the healthcare industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing software engineering teams in agile development environments.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
  • RWE Data Experience: Experience with RWE data and familiarity with healthcare data standards.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Web Application Development: Experience with web application development frameworks and technologies (e.g., Angular, React).
