Job Title: Hybrid Clinical Trainee Intern

RockBridge Health Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Hybrid Clinical Trainee Intern. This position will provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting while working under the supervision of a Board Approved Supervisor.

About the Role:

The Clinical Trainee will be responsible for providing effective counseling skills to facilitate client growth and promote client welfare. This will involve working in a hybrid setting, splitting time between office and telehealth environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual therapy in an outpatient setting, including family and couple's therapy
  • Maintain confidentiality of client's protected health information at all times
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Participate in individual and group supervision
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings and follow all RockBridge policies and procedures
  • Maintain clinical records in compliance with RockBridge policies and procedures, insurance carriers, Minnesota and Federal law, and relevant ethical boards policies and regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Hold a master's degree in a mental health professional discipline from an accredited college/university and be working toward licensure
  • Ability to practice competently and ethically
  • Ability to provide psychological services in diverse clinical settings
  • Motivation to continue personal and professional growth
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with other providers and support staff
  • Awareness of own strengths and limitations and their impact on client care
  • Sensitivity to individual differences and multicultural issues
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
  • Ability and willingness to promote RockBridge Vision and Mission
