Adjunct Faculty Position

We are seeking qualified adjunct faculty members to join our team at the Tennessee Board of Regents. As an adjunct faculty member, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses and contribute to the academic success of our students.

• Deliver high-quality instruction to students in a variety of courses
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students
• Stay current with developments in your field and incorporate relevant technologies into your teaching
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees and activities

• Master's degree or higher in the teaching discipline or a related field
• Experience teaching at the post-secondary level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced academic environment

• Doctoral degree in the teaching discipline or a related field
• Experience teaching online or in a hybrid environment
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
• Experience with assessment and evaluation of student learning
