Job Title: Adjunct Faculty Positions

Job Summary: The Tennessee Board of Regents is seeking qualified candidates for adjunct faculty positions to teach at Northeast State Community College. As an adjunct faculty member, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses and contribute to the academic success of our students.

• Deliver high-quality instruction to students in a classroom setting
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course materials
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
• Meet with students during office hours to provide additional support
• Stay current with developments in your field and incorporate relevant technologies into your teaching
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

• Master's degree or higher in the teaching discipline or a related field
• Experience teaching at the community college level or higher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

• Ph.D. or Ed.D. in the teaching discipline or a related field
• Experience teaching online or in a hybrid environment
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment
• Experience with educational technology and instructional design
