Job Summary

The Customer Management Program Lead Analyst will play a critical role in driving customer engagement and loyalty across the organization. This individual will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution and alignment with business goals
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product teams and channel partners
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing and retail bank/financial services industry
  • Advanced project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
  • Creative problem-solving and sense of ownership
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
