Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial data and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather data, provide financial reports, and develop proposals for new projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Obtain accurate cost estimates for supplies, labor, and other project requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor project budgets closely, identifying areas for cost optimization and implementing corrective actions to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project teams, corporate accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless financial management and support.
Requirements
  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project-based accounting, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
