  • Share your expertise in fabric and finishes, highlighting their performance, texture, and durability characteristics, as well as market trends.
  • Efficiently manage your time in design appointments and sales floor interactions, prioritizing the customer experience while maintaining open communication with leadership.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, as well as other established KPIs.
  • Participate in operational store activities, such as bringing new products to the floor, floor sets, replenishment, and substitutions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations.
  • Engage in a high-energy, focused, and dynamic work environment with rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings, and operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a design-related environment with high-price-point products.
  • Experience in design, such as interior, architectural, graphic, with a clear understanding of design principles.
  • Passion for design, excellent customer service, and a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Technical acumen to learn necessary software, with proficiency in Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Prefer experience leveraging CRMs/POS/design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team sales environment.
  • Track record of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
  • Frequent handling, feeling, and reaching with hands and arms.
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Regular lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation starting at $19 per hour, increasing based on relevant experience, plus substantial quarterly bonuses.
