Healthcare Customer Support Role Overview:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will serve as the link between patients, healthcare professionals, and our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
Patient Engagement: Connect with patients, address their concerns, and provide compassionate support. Educate them about dry eye disease and the advantages of our serum tears.
Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Work alongside physicians, ophthalmologists, and optometrists to ensure effective communication and patient care. Discuss treatment options and respond to any inquiries they may have.
Order Management: Oversee the ordering process for serum tears. Coordinate necessary procedures, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
