Project Manager - Luxury Home Construction

At Express Employment, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bend, OR. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury homes, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction activities for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed following our processes and standards.
  • Ensure safety procedures and guidelines are followed at job sites.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret building codes and construction documents.
  • Manage sub-contractors and ensure they are performing in accordance with the vendor agreement.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of high-end luxury home residential construction management experience.
  • Previous hands-on carpentry experience, including rough framing, cabinet installation, and interior finish work.
  • Experience with construction multiple projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Computer literate with Excel, Microsoft products, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations.
  • Ability to self-manage and set priorities.
  • Ability to coordinate with and manage multiple team members.
  • Solid work ethic and passion for the work you do and the people you do it with.
