Digital Product Strategy Leader

We're seeking a talented Digital Product Strategy Leader to join our team. The Opportunity
In this role, you'll partner with business and tech stakeholders to manage the product/feature life cycle. You'll represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams, setting and articulating priorities. You'll work on business cases to improve the end-to-end customer experience, empower employees to service customers' needs, and produce operational efficiencies.
Your Responsibilities
- You'll collaborate with tech and UX design to develop, select, and implement enhancements that solve moderately complex problems.
- You'll conduct business analyses (e.g., modeling, forecasting, statistical methods) to maximize impact.
- You'll provide subject matter expertise in digital product development and exercise above-average written and verbal communication skills to gather and write requirements, customer narratives, and business cases; create and maintain documentation; and align stakeholders using cross-functional influence.
- You'll proactively identify customer needs via industry, market, and customer insights and use technology, business, and process expertise to influence long-term vision for product/feature life cycle.
- You'll assess technical feasibility, analyze the Return on Investment (ROI), and justify associated investments to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
About You
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- You'll have a minimum of five years of experience in digital product management.
- You'll have experience analyzing, leading, and building complex solutions, gathering requirements and specifications for product development, and writing Product Requirement Documents.
- You'll have experience launching Product Features and developing the Product Strategy for new and existing products.
