  • Support both internal and external stakeholders by delivering technical insights and updates on project milestones.
  • Engage collaboratively with sales, application engineering, marketing, and quality assurance teams to enhance customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
  • Achieve proficiency in existing engineering tools and calculators, while also spearheading the development of new design and analysis resources as necessary.

Project Management: You will be responsible for devising and executing development and testing strategies with a focus on risk management, ensuring timely project delivery by coordinating with relevant resources.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as engineering software including NX/SolidWorks, ANSYS, and Minitab.

Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the development of electrically driven rotating equipment or similar domains is essential. A solid understanding of engineering principles in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, mechanics, materials, and machine design is expected.

Work Environment: This position offers a flexible work schedule, including the option for remote work up to two days a week, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
