Our team comprises certified professionals from various fields, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, and Pilates. Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in fitness sales or relevant sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and follow-up abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Results-driven with a competitive mindset.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and organizational skills.

Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, including availability for evenings and weekends.

Duties:
  • Facilitate membership and retail sales.
  • Manage outstanding dues.
  • Ensure the studio is clean and organized.
  • Uphold studio policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to existing members through face-to-face interactions, phone, and email.
  • Become proficient in ClubReady software to address client inquiries and explore sales opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects to schedule sessions and enroll them in memberships.
  • Drive retention of retail and membership sales.
  • Oversee staff organization and studio cleanliness.
  • Network and collaborate within the community.
  • Enforce customer-related policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all administrative supplies and studio literature are well-stocked and visible.
  • Participate in community events and studio promotions as scheduled with corporate.
  • Perform light operational tasks, such as ordering supplies and scheduling staff.
  • Complete any additional duties as assigned.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
