StretchLab Coppell is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to enhance our studio operations. This position will focus on member interaction and in-studio sales activities.

StretchLab leads the industry in personalized assisted stretching services. Our founders, with backgrounds in personal training, have developed a range of services designed to empower clients to 'Live Long'. Our team consists of certified professionals from various fields, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, and Pilates. StretchLab is proud to employ the best stretching specialists, and our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) guarantees clients receive exceptional stretching sessions.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in fitness sales or relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent phone communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Results-driven with a competitive mindset.
  • Capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • A genuine passion for fitness.
  • Professional, punctual, and organized.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in computer use and studio management software.
Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, including availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate membership and retail sales.
  • Manage outstanding dues collection.
  • Ensure the studio remains clean and organized.
  • Uphold studio policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to existing members through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
  • Become adept at using ClubReady software to address client inquiries and identify sales opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects to schedule stretching sessions and enroll them in memberships.
  • Drive membership and retail sales retention.
  • Oversee staff organization and studio cleanliness.
  • Network and collaborate within the community.
  • Enforce customer-related policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all administrative supplies and studio literature are well-stocked and visible.
  • Participate in community events and studio promotions as scheduled.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
