- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Minimum six months of experience as a Registered Nurse I with AHS or equivalent experience in a comparable setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required for nurses in telemetry, emergency department, or critical care.
