Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all applications are processed in a timely manner and all information is accurately entered in ERP and CRP.
  • Ensure accuracy of monthly billing and reconcile what we should be debiting and what Accounting side is debited.
  • Oversee daily service requests for POS rental, POS services, and related equipment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review HQ and other branch offices' work orders and equipment releases.
  • Oversee inventory count accuracy (digital and physical counting).
  • Oversee return process of both UMS and UPOS products and services and charges for no return and equipment needs to be repaired.
  • Coordinate with Intra-department, sales partners, and merchants regarding discrepancies and errors in the POS system and services process.
  • Train new members and provide ongoing training.
  • Prepare and submit various weekly and monthly reports to the manager.
  • Ensure department members complete various assigned daily/monthly routine tasks complying with department/company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable with repetitive standing, sitting, and lifting tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory management systems is preferred.
  • English and Korean Bilingual Preferred.
