Kittitas Interactive Management is seeking a qualified Nurse Delegated Coordinator to join our team on a full-time weekend shift. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to clients on their caseload, assisting them to achieve their goals in accordance with residential guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily hygiene tasks, including personal care and bathing, as outlined in their individual care plans.
- Administer medications to clients and document the activity accordingly, including nurse delegated tasks.
- Communicate with medical offices, pharmacies, and the nurse delegator for medications and appointments.
- Assist clients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed as needed.
- Monitor vitals and client behaviors, documenting accordingly.
- Transport clients to and from activities and appointments, or arrange transportation services as necessary.
- Complete all forms, reports, and datasheets for caseload.
- Supervise clients' daily activities and living conditions to ensure adequate health and safety.
- Coordinate individualized programs for clients and document activity thoroughly.
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current criminal background check cleared by DSHS before working alone unsupervised with clients
- Valid driver's license or Washington State ID
- Home telephone or cell phone
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Additional training specific to client complex care and behavioral needs
- A reliable vehicle and car insurance is required for this position.
