Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Enrichment Coach to join our team at Kittitas Interactive Management. As a Life Enrichment Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting the personal growth and development of our clients, providing daily living support, and encouraging goal-based achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and behavioral regulation techniques to clients as outlined in their individual plans.
  • Help clients achieve their personal and program goals, evaluating goal completions and denials.
  • Assist with client money management, including petty cash, receipts, checkbooks, and EBTs.
  • Support clients with daily hygiene, including personal care such as brushing teeth, bathing, hair washing, toileting, and more.
  • Administer medications to clients and document the activity accordingly, including nurse-delegated tasks.
  • Transport clients to and from activities and appointments, or arrange transportation services as needed.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly forms, reports, and data sheets.
  • Supervise clients' daily activities and living conditions to ensure adequate health and safety.
  • Assist clients with cooking and eating daily meals, and grocery shopping.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate experience supporting living, preferably with individuals with developmental or other disabilities.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Criminal background check cleared before working alone with clients.
  • Valid driver's license or State ID.
  • Ability to follow instructions, organize, and set priorities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
  • Ability to engage in critical thinking.
