Compensation: $65,000 annually
Key Responsibilities: In this position, you will undertake foundational engineering tasks, including analysis, design, planning, review, and inspection of projects of moderate complexity. You will also participate in an extensive training program aimed at enhancing your skills in various operational and organizational functions within the Department. This role requires the application of engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies to carry out a diverse array of engineering tasks across multiple environments.
Essential Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering TechnologyAgency Specific Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or civil engineering technology. An official college transcript will be necessary upon selection. Degrees obtained from foreign institutions must undergo an Equivalency Evaluation by NCEES along with an official transcript.Exhibit outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the capability to make informed decisions.Employ innovative approaches to resolve challenges.Ability to conduct research, gather, and systematically organize information.Uphold high ethical standards and understand the implications of violating these standards on the organization and individuals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at a functional level.Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in a transportation or civil engineering-related setting.
