  • Supervise and coordinate a team of Traffic Device Maintainers and Letterers in the production and installation of traffic signs and supports.
  • Manage administrative tasks including personnel duties, performance evaluations, and method improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment for all staff.
  • Conduct regular assessments of work locations to ensure optimal conditions and compliance with agency regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of two years of experience as a Traffic Device Maintainer within a relevant organization; or
  2. Three years of experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.

License Requirements: Candidates must possess a valid motor vehicle driver license in the State of New York, which must be maintained throughout employment. A Class B Commercial Driver License may be required for certain positions.
