Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a ski concierge, providing personalized assistance to guests and owners.
  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests, from storage and retrieval of ski gear to assistance with getting skis on and off.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service, exceeding expectations and aligning with Resorts West standards.
  • Offer expert guidance and advice on skiing conditions and recommended runs, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Responsible for receiving, tracking, transporting, and storing guest and owner personal and rental equipment.
  • Assist guests in taking ski and snowboard boots on and off, ensuring ease and convenience.
