- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that nursing services are meeting quality and safety standards.

- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in healthcare.

Requirements:
