- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that nursing services are meeting quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in healthcare.

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California.
